Texas Hold Em  Fundraiser - Sponsorship
Tuesday - March 20,  2012 Benefit scholarship funds   Illinois Section AWWA and Illinois Water Environment Association   Event information: Tuesday, March 20, 2012  9:00pm to 12 midnight   Location:  Crowne Plaza - ballroom - 2nd floor   Table sponsor Price:   $200.00 per table 8 player slots - one dealer
Table Participation - to participate as an “exhibitor” or “table”  you must have a booth at WATERCON.   The cost to participate is $200 per hold em table.   If exhibitors want to purchase more than one table, that will be allowed.  For the $200 fee the exhibitor will be given 8 player slots.  The players will be directed what table to play at based on what exhibitor gave them the card.    Please indicate if you will provide a dealer and bring 8 “door prize” items for each table that they reserve.  Those door prizes will be given out to the losing players as they lose from each table.   Examples of prizes would be hats, etc.  The door prizes will be given out by the dealer from that table as the player folds and runs out of chips.      $25.00 of the $200 fee will be split equally between ISAWWA and IWEA scholarship funds. $20.00 per $200 of the fee will go towards 3 final prizes to be determined  by the committee if they are cash or gift prizes for the grand prize winner.  The rest of the $200 will be used towards costs at each table for purchasing chips, covering for table, timers, dealer card holder and arm bands.     If any exhibitor would like to purchase some food for their poker table, it can be ordered from the wait staff at the hotel.  Water Well Solutions is providing free draft beer.  In addition there will be a cash bar.    ISAWWA will furnish small signs for the exhibitors to put into their booth to indicate they will be “dealing” at the hold em event.
